Adds nullable actualCost and expectedMaxCost properties to the response bodies of the List anomalies and Retrieve an anomaly methods. costOfAnomaly is unchanged.

Impact

You can read the observed cost and the upper bound of the expected normal range directly from the API, consistent with the Console anomaly detail view.
