Cloud Diagrams, query parameter rename

Get snapshot query parameter rename, snapshot_id now replaces _id .

New integrations: pass snapshot id=.
Existing integrations: _id still works, but we recommend migrating to snapshot_id.
Requests with neither parameter return 400.
