Added documentation for commitment manager response schemas:

• totalMarketplaceSpend: total marketplace spend across all periods.
• marketplaceSpend: marketplace spend within this period.
• marketplaceLimitAmount: marketplace limit in absolute currency for this period, derived as commitmentValue * marketplaceLimitPercentage / 100.
