Pagination for support tickets

List requests was ignoring maxResults and pageToken, returning all tickets in a single response.

Changes:

• pageSize now has a maximum of 100.
• Default maxResults is updated from 50 to 100.
• A request of more than 100 results per page returns ErrInvalidMaxResults (400).
